Product Description

AQUADOM Mirrors come in 5 different models Daytona, Soho, Edge, Frost, Flame, each comes with a variety of cutting-edge features, latest technologies and top materials so you can find the style that fits your home best. Daytona is the most technologically advanced model in design, featuring AQUADOMS signature 3D lighting technology that allows you to switch between three light temperatures, as well as a digital clock. Soho model offers a unique take on a front LED strip by having two, sleek lighting strips on the front of the mirror as well as AQUADOMs unique Acrylight technology, which allows the mirror to be lit up along the frame producing a beautiful light halo. Edge, quite literally, pushes the LED design boundaries by placing the LED light strip at the edge of the mirror, emphasizing the halo produced by the Acrylight lighting technology. Flame models come with an alternative take by sporting a flare-like LED design along the edges. Frost follows suit with its geometric, snowflake inspired lighting. All of AQUADOMs mirrors are equipped with a defogger which can be turned on and off, so that you may enjoy a fog free reflection after a hot shower or bath. AQUADOM offers a wide selection of sizes from 20-inch to 96-inch width, along with rectangular and circular models. All of the mirrors come a beautiful, silver mirrored glass, and an anodic oxide finish which impedes corrosion and increases durability.

Warranty
AQUADOM warrants to the original purchaser that it will, at its election, repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustment to products made by this company shown to have significant defects in material or workmanship which are reported to AQUADOM in writing within one (1) year from the date of delivery. AQUADOM is not responsible for installation costs.
The warranty is void in the event the product is damaged in transit, or if damage or failure is caused by abuse, misuse, abnormal usage, faulty installation, damage in an accident, improper maintenance, or any repairs other than those authorized by AQUADOM.
At the expiration of the one-year warranty period, AQUADOM shall be under no further obligation under any warranty, expressed or implied, including the implied warranty of merchantability.
AQUADOM shall not be liable for any consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of its products. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Any liability against AQUADOM under any implied warranty, including the warranty of merchantability, is expressly limited to the terms of this warranty. Permission to return any merchandise under this warranty must be authorized by AQUADOM and returned prepaid by the purchaser.

- For allu00a0UltraComfort / UltraCozy products, all sales are final.u00a0 Buyer’s remorse returns are not accepted unless chairs have arrived damaged.
Cancellations
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@primehomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns. u00a0 Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Prime Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been approved, shipped, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate the credit to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer determines when the credit appears in your account.
Some items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.

Please inspect and check the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive for delivery. If youu00a0do not note damagesu00a0on the delivery receipt or contact us within 24 hours after delivery, you are accepting the product condition as is and are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange.u00a0We cannot guarantee the manufacturer will cover any replacement parts for you if you do not contact us within 24 hours.
