Climbing a ladder with a heavy object to store it on a high shelf can be quite challenging and physically demanding. Instead, the 4′ x 4′ Platform Storage Lifter- 200 lbs lifts to the floor for easy loading and raises effortlessly, giving you peace of mind and convenience.
Powered by 2 MyLifters, the Platform Storage Lifter can lift up to 200 lbs, including the 35 lbs lifting frame. All of the MyLifters sync to keep the platform balanced and constantly lift at the same speed, even with uneven weight distribution. The MyLifter uses Bluetooth to connect to your smartphone, giving you complete control over the speed and stopping points.
The 4′ x 4′ platform can handle heavy and, similar to shelving, can fit different-sized items, like Christmas decorations, storage totes, tools, and seasonal equipment. Store items above your garage door and in places that wouldn’t be utilized with the Platform Storage Lifter.
When fully raised to the ceiling, this Platform Storage Lifter will hang down 5 ft 4in.

Easy Install
Installing the Platform Storage Lifter in your garage is easy, with the difficulty level being similar too installing a TV on the wall. There are two main things you will need to do. First you will need to install the MyLifter system on your ceiling and then lower the lifting cables. Second you will need to assemble to lifting frame, secure your item to it with the included lifting straps and attach the frame to the lifting cables.

Clearance
To determine the appropriate usage of the platform storage lifter, please measure the height of the items you intend to stack on it. (B)
When the platform storage lifter is empty, it will hang 5 feet 4 inches (A) from the ceiling. If the height of your item exceeds this measurement, add 3 inches to account for the frame height, this will be the height your item will hang down from the ceiling.
At its fully lowered position, the bottom of the frame reaches a height of 15 feet 1 inch (C) from your ceiling.

Cancellations
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@primehomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns. u00a0 Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Prime Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been approved, shipped, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate the credit to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer determines when the credit appears in your account.
Some items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.

Please inspect and check the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive for delivery. If there are some minor damages,u00a0make note of this on the delivery slip before signing for delivery.
If youu00a0do not note damagesu00a0on the delivery receipt or contact us within 24 hours after delivery, you are accepting the product condition as is and are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange.u00a0We cannot guarantee the manufacturer will cover any replacement parts for you if you do not contact us within 24 hours.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and if you contact us within 24 hours after delivery . If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@primehomeusa.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
