Product Description
The Flip Top Creden-ZzZ style cabinet bed gives sleepers more headroom while keeping a low, easy-to-use top surface. Simply move items to the back to flip open the top. Latches and safety chain are hidden inside for a clean exterior look.
The hand-crafted flip top Creden-ZzZ cabinet bed in coffee/espresso finish comes in both Full and Queen sizes, featuring a brushed finish on poplar veneer with 9.5 inch brushed aluminum hardware. Also, comes with a 9 inch drawer.

Cabinet bed comes with a tri-fold, high resilient foam mattress. This is a 6″ thick mattress with 4″ of base foam and 2″ of softer foam on the top. Three mattress segments are sewn together and do not separate when laid flat. Mattress accordion folds to fit into the cabinet. The mattress comes with a 1-year guarantee and takes standard full size sheets.

Cancellations
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@primehomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns. u00a0 Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Prime Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been approved, shipped, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate the credit to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer determines when the credit appears in your account.
Some items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.

Please inspect and check the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive for delivery. If there are some minor damages,u00a0make note of this on the delivery slip before signing for delivery.
If youu00a0do not note damagesu00a0on the delivery receipt or contact us within 24 hours after delivery, you are accepting the product condition as is and are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange.u00a0We cannot guarantee the manufacturer will cover any replacement parts for you if you do not contact us within 24 hours.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and if you contact us within 24 hours after delivery . If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@primehomeusa.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
