One of the standout features is the pre-charged 25-foot DIY® QuickConnect® line set, which comes pre-filled with R-454B refrigerant. This means there’s no need for vacuuming, cutting down on installation time and costs. Additionally, the included DIYPRO® cable removes the need for electrical conduit, providing added durability and protection against outdoor elements and wildlife. Cancellations
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@primehomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns. u00a0 Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Prime Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been approved, shipped, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate the credit to your original payment method.
