Product Description
The MRCOOL Gas and Electric Packaged Unit combines a high performance 14 SEER air conditioner with a powerful gas furnace to deliver the best air comfort possible in all weather conditions. Like all MRCOOL products, this hybrid system is competitively priced, suitable for residential or commercial installation, and will run smoothly for years to come. A Package Gas Electric Unit is a fully self-contained, combination gas heating/electric cooling unit designed for outdoor installation. All unit sizes have return and discharge openings for both horizontal and down flow configurations, and are factory shipped with all down flow duct openings covered. Units may be installed either on a rooftop or on a cement slab. In gas heating mode, this unit is designed for a minimum continuous return-air temperature and a maximum continuous return-air temperature.

Cancellations
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@primehomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns. u00a0 Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Prime Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
