Product Description
The Sports Afield Preserve 10.42 cu. ft. Fireproof and Waterproof 24-Gun Safe provides all the essentials to secure your firearms, giving you total peace of mind. Our proprietary Triple Seal technology creates a seal that is smoke and fire resistant for 45 minutes in temperatures up to 1400°F with water protection for up to 7-days in 2 ft. of standing water. This long gun safe is constructed out of industrial-grade steel with a heavy-duty Uni-Weld body and six 1.5 in. steel locking bolts. It features a fully programmable electronic lock, Anti-Theft Alarm, and comes with two Fail Safe override keys. The interior of the safe is fully carpeted and includes a barrel rack with 24 gun positions, a Zero-Sag steel reinforced top shelf that supports heavier items, and three height-adjustable side shelves. The exterior has a sleek Black Textured Gloss powder coat finish and chrome hardware. The large external hinges allow the door to open 180° for easy access while loading your safe. This gun safe is California DOJ approved and includes our best-in-class Lifetime Warranty that covers the entire safe against theft, fire, natural flood, locks, parts, and paint.

We stand behind our products with a Best-in-Class Lifetime Warranty, which covers the entire safe against theft, fire, natural flood, locks, parts and paint. We offer free freight on warranty replacement gun safes in the continental USA as well as free locksmith services if you ever get locked out.
Warranty is inclusive and is in lieu of any and all other warranties, express or implied. Specifically excluded are the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty is limited to the safe itself and/or its value and does not include consequential damages of any kind including, but not limited to, the contents in and of the safe.

We have a 30-day return policyu00a0except for specific brands listed below. If 30 days (or other specified dates) have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately canu2019t offer you a refund or exchange.

Cancellations
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@primehomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns. u00a0 Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Prime Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been approved, shipped, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate the credit to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer determines when the credit appears in your account.
Some items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please inspect and check the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive for delivery. If you notice significant damage (especially signs of forklift damage), refuse delivery and contact us immediatelyu00a0within 24 hours. If there are some minor damages,u00a0make note of this on the delivery slip before signing for delivery.
If youu00a0do not note damagesu00a0on the delivery receipt or contact us within 24 hours after delivery, you are accepting the product condition as is and are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange.u00a0We cannot guarantee the manufacturer will cover any replacement parts for you if you do not contact us within 24 hours.
