Product Description
The Preserve SA5932P 14.03 cu. ft. Fireproof and Waterproof 32-Gun Safe provides all the essentials for security, giving you total peace of mind. Our proprietary Triple Seal technology creates a seal against fire and smoke damage for 45 minutes in temperatures up to 1400°F and water protection for up to 7-days in 2 ft. of standing water. This long gun safe is constructed out of industrial grade steel with a fortified Uni-Weld body and eight 1.5 in. steel locking bolts. It features a fully programmable electronic lock, Anti-Theft Alarm, and comes with two Fail Safe override keys. The interior of the safe is fully carpeted and includes a barrel rack with 32 gun positions, a Zero-Sag steel reinforced top shelf that supports heavier items, and three height-adjustable side shelves. This gun safe is California DOJ approved and includes our best-in-class Lifetime Warranty that covers the entire safe against theft, fire, natural flood, locks, parts, and paint.

We offer free freight on warranty replacement gun safes in the continental USA as well as free locksmith services if you ever get locked out.
Warranty is inclusive and is in lieu of any and all other warranties, express or implied. Specifically excluded are the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty is limited to the safe itself and/or its value and does not include consequential damages of any kind including, but not limited to, the contents in and of the safe.

Cancellations
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@primehomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns. u00a0 Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Prime Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been approved, shipped, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate the credit to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer determines when the credit appears in your account.
