Product Description
The TigerHawk 2014 and 2814 with revolutionaryt WD Wheels Down floating head technology are the most productive orbitals on the market. With over 0.79 pounds per square inch of pressure moving at over 1740 RPM, you power through finish removal without chemicals. Scrub, strip, or sand floors effortlessly with less noise and fatigue.
Our large 1.5 HP , 180 frame TEFC motor is connected to a solid drive plate and balanced via easy access accentric driver. Vibration isolators, combine with HAWK exclusive handle-carriage mounting system eliminates vibration to the operator. The handle removes easily without tools for transport and storage. includes the 4 caster steel transport dolly and drip tray.

Cancellations
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@primehomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns. u00a0 Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Prime Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
