Product Description
Combine oil draining and fluid evacuation in one versatile, portable unit with the DOW JDI-20COMBO-BJLR. Designed for professional automotive technicians, this self-evacuating system removes used oil and other fluids using either a Venturi vacuum process or a standard funnel-drain plug system. It features a transparent fluid examination bowl, easy-to-read vacuum gauge, fluid-level sight tube, 16-inch metal funnel with expanded metal screen, 7-foot suction hose, and 10-foot evacuation hose. Includes five suction probes plus specialized adapters for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, VW, and 2010 Jaguar/Land Rover engines. Operates using standard shop air.
The DOWJDI-20COMBO-BJLR features all the benefits of the JDI-25HDC and JDI-20EV combined, giving technicians the best self-evacuating drain and fluid evacuator available in one easy-to-use unit. The unit also features a transparent bowl for easy fluid examination. Also comes with a specialized adapter probe for 2010 Jaguar/Land Rover engines. The 20COMBO-BJLR removes used oil and other fluids from any vehicle using a venturi vacuum process or standard funnel-drain plug system. Unit is completely portable and charges with regular shop-air. Includes five suction probes and special adapters for BMW, Mercedes, and VW European engines.

Cancellations
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@primehomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns. u00a0 Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Prime Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been approved, shipped, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate the credit to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer determines when the credit appears in your account.
Some items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.

Please inspect and check the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive for delivery. If you notice significant damage (especially signs of forklift damage), refuse delivery and contact us immediatelyu00a0within 24 hours. If there are some minor damages,u00a0make note of this on the delivery slip before signing for delivery.
If youu00a0do not note damagesu00a0on the delivery receipt or contact us within 24 hours after delivery, you are accepting the product condition as is and are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange.u00a0We cannot guarantee the manufacturer will cover any replacement parts for you if you do not contact us within 24 hours.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and if you contact us within 24 hours after delivery . If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@primehomeusa.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
