Valley Craft’s Fully Powered Drum Forklift Attachment, Vera Grip, creates a quick, safe and ergonomically friendly means of handling drums by utilizing power. You can simply lift, forward tilt, dump, transport and store your drums with ease, without having to leave the seat of your forklift. Compatible with all drum styles (steel, plastic and fiber) with a diameter of 18-28” and a load capacity of 2,000 lbs., drum handling and maneuvering has never been easier.
Units have hydraulic actuated jaws and an adjustable pressure gauge to help ensure the appropriate amount of pressure is applied to secure your drum without damaging it. Variable speed control improves safety and ease of operation. The Versa Grip features a clamp & forward tilt, providing the added functionality of tilting drums forward up to 120° to assist in dumping or storage needs.
Self-Powered or Forklift powered units are available. Self-Powered units come with (2) 12V rechargeable batteries, a battery gauge, and a built-in charger (compatible with any standard outlet and extension cord). Self-powered units work for all environments and do not require a forklift powered connection. Forklift Powered units come with auxiliary lines and quick-connect couplers to easily connect to your forklift (requires available forklift auxiliary circuit). Forklift powered units operate using convenient forklift controls and have the ability to run continuously without the need to recharge.
Valley Craft’s Fully Powered Drum Forklift Attachment, Versa Grip, improves the safety and productivity of any facility that is maneuvering drums by eliminating the need for manual assistance. Constructed of heavy gauge steel with a premium powder coat paint finish in green, you can be confident these units are built to last. All products are shipped fully assembled, ready-to-use, and are made in the U.S.A.

Cancellations
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@primehomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns. u00a0 Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Prime Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been approved, shipped, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate the credit to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer determines when the credit appears in your account.
Some items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please inspect and check the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive for delivery. If you notice significant damage (especially signs of forklift damage), refuse delivery and contact us immediatelyu00a0within 24 hours. If there are some minor damages,u00a0make note of this on the delivery slip before signing for delivery.
If youu00a0do not note damagesu00a0on the delivery receipt or contact us within 24 hours after delivery, you are accepting the product condition as is and are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange.u00a0We cannot guarantee the manufacturer will cover any replacement parts for you if you do not contact us within 24 hours.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and if you contact us within 24 hours after delivery . If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@primehomeusa.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
