For a powerful cleaning solution, rely on this CRB Cleaning Systems TM5 carpet and hard floor cleaning machine! This unit is powered by a 1 hp, 750W motor and is capable of cleaning carpets and hard floors at a rate of 380 RPM. Its low-moisture cleaning method enables rapid drying and therefore a quick turnaround. It also reduces water consumption, making it a cost-effective option for your business. Its intuitive design makes it easy to use thanks to the foot-controlled start lever. It also features a safety switch that automatically turns off the electricity in the case of a motor overload.

Cancellations
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@primehomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns. u00a0 Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Prime Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.
