Cancellations
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@primehomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns. u00a0 Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Prime Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.

Anonymous –
While I have no problem with the quality and design of the Mango Power E system, there is something to be aware of when it is advertised as being able to power your whole home. The mPanel Pro only provides four 120 Volt circuits which means that, for the average home, you can only energize four breakers on your main panel which usually equates to the outlets or lights (you must choose) in just four rooms max.
I have a potential solution to this problem which I have yet to test until the electrician arrives to make the connections. This entails using the two 240 Volt outputs (instead of the four 120 Volt) and connecting them to generator transfer switch panels which each typically provide six 120 Volt circuits giving a total availability of twelve circuits which should handle most, if not all, of the home’s outlets and lights. I would leave out the A/C compressor, oven and dryer which are 240 Volt and would rapidly deplete the batteries.
My plan is to go off grid in the evening when power rates are the highest and recharge mid day when rates are lowest.
