Valley Craft’s Box Dumper (230V, 36 x 36” chute 6,000 lb. capacity 48” dump height) is the perfect solution to effortlessly dump material with improved efficiency while reducing employee fatigue or injury. This premium box bumper is designed to be compatible with a variety of gaylords, crates, tubs, cartons and other containers to fit your needs.
The chute is conveniently sized to accommodate containers up to 36”W x 36”D. A spring-loaded hold down bar is included to help keep containers secure, ranging from 30” to 56” in height (adjustable on 2” increments). Dump height is 48” with a large load capacity of 6,000 lbs. Side walls and body are constructed of heavy duty 7 gauge steel to withstand the most rigorous use.
Create added safety and stability by bolting your unit directly to the floor using the predrilled mounting holes. Simply operate the unit using the convenient hand-held corded (20′ pigtailed) pendant with magnetic back (pendant holder included and can be easily installed on either side of unit). Pendant completes the powered dump cycle in less than 60 seconds and has a gravity return. Added safety decals along chute create additional awareness and protection for operators and bystanders. Stop and start your unit at any point during the entire dump process. The premium dual flow hydraulic control valve system ensures a smooth operation every time while balancing the load and strain on the cylinders, adding longevity to your unit. Loading containers is simple to do manually or using a standard pallet jack. Unit operates using a 3 phase/60 hz/230V, 2HP motor. Standard rating: 6 DPH. Optional side guards are available (sold separately).
Valley Craft’s Box Dumpers reduce the need for manual bending and loading, and you can be confident they are built to last with a premium powder coat paint finish in green. All products are shipped fully assembled, ready-to-use, and are made in the U.S.A.

We have a 30-day return policy except for specific brands listed below. If 30 days (or other specified dates) have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- For all American Fyre Designs MADE TO ORDER, all items are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
- For all UltraComfort / UltraCozy products, all sales are final. Buyer’s remorse returns are not accepted unless chairs have arrived damaged.
Cancellations
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@primehomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns. Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Prime Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been approved, shipped, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Some items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@primehomeusa.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Please inspect and check the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive for delivery. If you notice significant damage damages (especially signs of forklift damage), refuse delivery and contact us immediately within 24 hours. If there are some minor damages, make note of this on the delivery slip before signing for delivery.
If you do not note damages on the delivery receipt or contact us within 24 hours after delivery, you are accepting the product condition as is and are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange. We cannot guarantee the manufacturer will cover any replacement parts for you if you do not contact us within 24 hours.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and if you contact us within 24 hours after delivery . If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@primehomeusa.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
