Product Description
Designed from the blade out Palmgren’s dual Zip-Miter band saws combine the advantages of a circular cold saw with the speed of an abrasive saw and the capacity of a traditional band saw. Designed around the blade to deliver maximum squareness and accuracy, large cutting capacities while the workpiece remains fixed and the saw head rotates to the left or right. Ideal for cutting straight or miter cuts on all ferrous and non-ferrous metals in solids, tubing and profiles. A step above conventional band saws our Zip-Miter models have built in deluxe features that deliver longer blade life, faster cutting and greater accuracy resulting in lower costs per cut.

- Precision machined cast saw head for maximum rigidity and vibration dampening performance
- Advanced direct drive gear box and motor maximizes the power of the motor to the blade
- Gear box utilizes a bronze worm gear and hardened and ground worm shaft in an oil bath
- Twin supported head pivot point utilizing tapper roller bearings guarantees ease of operation and very precise cuts
- Rapid positioning vise allows for fast set-ups and maximum clamping force on the workpiece
- Adjustable zero clearance blade guides utilizing a combination of ball bearing and tungsten carbide pads provide maximum support and ensure square accurate cuts
- Large handwheel with electro-magnetic micro switch preset to insure proper blade tension
- Without proper tension the saw will not start and if the blade loosens or breaks during operation the saw will stop
- Fine adjustment hydraulic down feed control is easily adjusted to fine tune the blade speed to the material being cut
- Flood coolant system with the coolant fed through both blade guides to maximize cooling and cleaning of the chips from the blade
- Adjustable work stop for repetitive cuts
- Solid one piece heavy duty steel base
- Safety electrical package includes overload & low voltage protection, safety spring loaded switch, emergency stop button and two speed motor switch

Cancellations
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@primehomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns. u00a0 Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Prime Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been approved, shipped, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If youu00a0do not note damagesu00a0on the delivery receipt or contact us within 24 hours after delivery, you are accepting the product condition as is and are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange.u00a0We cannot guarantee the manufacturer will cover any replacement parts for you if you do not contact us within 24 hours.
