The 100 kW / 136 PS powerful UNICUT 610 is the flagship diesel floor saw. Its hydraulically controlled drive is extremely robust even in the toughest of continuous use tasks and, can be operated without restriction under full load, without any significant wear. The fully hydraulic floor saw achieves cutting depths of up to 630 mm with saw blades up to a maximum of 1,500 mm diameter.
The ride-on floor saw is the first choice for the most demanding projects in road construction, renovation, demolition and repair work. The performance and reliability of the high-performance diesel floor saw is unmatched when cutting asphalt and concrete, cutting fresh concrete and making separating cuts in asphalt and concrete. The hydraulic wastewater suction ensures a clean result during the cutting work.
The first-class ergonomics enables fatigue-free joint cutting over many hours. The operator controls the powerful machine easily and precisely using a joystick. The optionally selectable all-wheel drive distributes the drive power to all four wheels and ensures reliable propulsion. When turning a corner, the all-wheel drive switches off automatically, controlled by the steering angle. Travel drive and saw blade speed can be regulated electro-hydraulically, which ensures the optimal cutting speed for the saw blade at all times. The user-friendly design allows several sitting positions and offers the best view of the cutting area in both push and drag cut operation. The diesel concrete and asphalt saw gains even more versatility through fully integrated optional accessories. Steering wheel, grooving unit, suction system and a drilling unit are some of the accessories that are available. Grooving unit
Grooving includes the creation of surface textures or the cutting of grooves in traffic areas. In addition to improving grip and evenness, reduction in the risk of aquaplaning and lower noise levels are further advantages that should be emphasized. With a working width of 600 mm, the LISSMAC grooving unit is ideal for small and medium-sized areas.
Side cutting unit
The side cutting device is mounted on the side of the machine and is used primarily for cutting transverse joints on freshly created concrete road surfaces (dummy joint for the targeted localization of cracks). A track system allows the saw drive to move across the full wheelbase and beyond. This means that the entire roadway width can be cut in one operation without time-consuming maneuvering and multiple setting-up of the floor saws.
Drilling unit
One of the main applications of the drilling unit is the installation of runway and taxiway lights at airports. Holes are drilled in runways and taxiways, ready for installation of the lights. With our drilling unit, users can carry out core drilling in traffic areas up to a diameter of 600 mm.
Tandem cutting unit „TLA
Longitudinal and expansion joints are ideal applications for the tandem longitudinal cutting attachment. Two saw blades of different diameters are arranged one behind the other in a line, whereby the front, smaller saw blade opens the joint and the desired depth of the joint is achieved with the rear, larger saw blade with a finishing cut. The cutting method is pulling (drag cut).

Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. After we receive your order, we will automatically reach out to our vendors to confirm that the product(s) are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your product by chance is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact to you via e-mail.
Order Shipment
Products usually ship out within 1-3 business days via UPS, Fedex, or Freight Delivery depending on your items size. Due to the larger size of some our products, we do not offer express shipping options. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@primehomeusa.com. We ship only in the lower 48 states of the United States and cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Estimated Time of Arrival
Once shipped, orders should arrive within 5-10 business days (does not include processing time or weekends). If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 5-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OKAY with that date.
Covid 19 Notice
Due to Covid-19 there might be delays up to several additional business days for larger items and non-essentials. This notice supersedes other notices herein.
Back-ordered Items
When you see “Est. Restock Date” just above the “Add to Cart” button that means that the item will be restocked in the warehouse on or about that date. Although we make every effort that all items shown on Water Adventure Pro are in stock or show the item as marked as “Backordered”, occasionally an item may be ordered while being ordered by another shopper. If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the backordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or cancelling the backordered item all together.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Please inspect and check the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive for delivery. If you notice significant damages (especially signs of forklift damage), refuse delivery and contact us immediately, within 24 hours. If there are some minor damages, make note of this on the delivery slip before signing for delivery.
If you do not note damages on the delivery receipt or contact us within 24 hours after delivery, you are accepting the product condition as is and are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange. We cannot guarantee the manufacturer will cover any replacement parts for you if you do not contact us within 24 hours.
If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items from your order, please call us immediately within 24 hours at (800) 961-6772. For your safety and records it is advisable to send us an email as a follow up to your call. Your email should be sent from the email associated with your Water Adventure Pro online account. We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.
If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Prime Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.
Freight Shipping
Large or heavy items typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. Freight delivery is typically 5-10 business days (Monday through Friday). Allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses. Free freight shipping is available to most physical addresses in the US. (Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.) for curbside delivery
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package. The driver will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. Placement of item on driveway, sidewalk or in the home and package material removal or unpacking is not provided but is at the discretion of the driver. Some items may be very large and heavy, so arrange to have additional people help you. Please keep the product packaging. You’ll need it if you have to return your item.
The freight carrier will make attempts to contact you by your phone number on your order to schedule delivery. Please double check the phone number current. If they cannot reach you, or cannot arrange delivery, the item will have to be shipped back to us. If this happens, you will be responsible for return shipping fees and this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Request to hold items prior to shipping is allowed. Once the item is shipped, requesting for delayed shipping is prohibited and will result in item being shipped back to us. You will be responsible for return shipping fees and this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

We have a 30-day return policy except for specific brands listed below. If 30 days (or other specified dates) have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- For all American Fyre Designs MADE TO ORDER, all items are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
- For all UltraComfort / UltraCozy products, all sales are final. Buyer’s remorse returns are not accepted unless chairs have arrived damaged.
Cancellations
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@primehomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns. Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Prime Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been approved, shipped, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Some items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
