The PowerKing 42-Ton 7HP ABS Kinetic Log Splitter uses efficient force and speed to out split hydraulic splitters 6 to 1. The kinetic flywheel design eliminates the need for hoses, pumps, valves, cylinders, filters and couplers typically used on hydraulic splitters, making for a much more simpler design. This log splitter is built with heavy steel frame components and includes a heavy-duty tread plate 3 ft. x 4 ft. work table that is perfect for commercial use. The unit has a patent pending Auto Braking System that will automatically stop and reset the system when it is over loaded. This will prolong the life and effectiveness of the unit and its components. This unit includes a worktable, removable hitch, an expansion splitter wedge, a case hardened ram, a 3-year Kohler engine warranty and 1 sec ram speed that allows you to quickly split logs and focus on the job at hand.

Cancellations
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@primehomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns. u00a0 Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Prime Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been approved, shipped, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate the credit to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer determines when the credit appears in your account.

Please inspect and check the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive for delivery. If there are some minor damages,u00a0make note of this on the delivery slip before signing for delivery.
If youu00a0do not note damagesu00a0on the delivery receipt or contact us within 24 hours after delivery, you are accepting the product condition as is and are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange.u00a0We cannot guarantee the manufacturer will cover any replacement parts for you if you do not contact us within 24 hours.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and if you contact us within 24 hours after delivery . If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@primehomeusa.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
