Warranty
Apollo Forklift offers a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of product receipt. Please note that the warranty does not cover easy-wearing parts or damages caused by human error.
Our warranty commitment entails providing a replacement for any defective original part covered under the warranty.
- Within the first 30 days of receipt, if the product exhibits any quality issues, we will provide free replacement parts and professional remote technical guidance. If our after-sale department determines that the product requires return for repair, all round-trip shipping costs will be covered by us.
- Between 30 days and 1 year from receipt, should the product encounter any quality problems, we will provide free replacement parts and professional remote technical guidance. If repair necessitates return shipping, the customer will be responsible for half of the shipping costs.
- After 1 year from receipt, free technical guidance will be available for any quality issues. However, customers will be required to cover the cost of replacement parts. Additionally, if the repair requires return shipping, the customer will incur related maintenance costs as well as all round-trip shipping charges, which will be provided upon request.
Please be aware that for spare parts orders, the warranty period is 3 months, and for batteries, it is 6 months.
As for USED MACHINES orders, they are subject to a No Return and No Refund Policy but come with a 6-month limited warranty covering parts only (labor not included).

Cancellations
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@primehomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns. u00a0 Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Prime Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been approved, shipped, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate the credit to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer determines when the credit appears in your account.
Some items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you havenu2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges (if applicable)
Please inspect and check the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive for delivery. If you notice significant damage (especially signs of forklift damage), refuse delivery and contact us immediatelyu00a0within 24 hours. If there are some minor damages,u00a0make note of this on the delivery slip before signing for delivery.
If youu00a0do not note damagesu00a0on the delivery receipt or contact us within 24 hours after delivery, you are accepting the product condition as is and are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange.u00a0We cannot guarantee the manufacturer will cover any replacement parts for you if you do not contact us within 24 hours.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and if you contact us within 24 hours after delivery . If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@primehomeusa.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
