Product Description
The Atlas PV series represents the absolute best value for the customer who demands a heavy duty professional grade two post lift at the lowest possible price. Atlas has been manufacturing the PV series two post above ground lifts for over a decade. Thousands sold! Descriptions such as “bulletproof”, built like a brick outhouse, tougher than nails, and other such euphemistic phrases are used every day to describe any of the Atlas PV series models. The Atlas PV15PX is a commercial grade lift designed to accommodate everything from standard cars to heavy duty service trucks . The distance between the symmetrical columns is almost 123″ with a drive through space of over 109″. The extra distance between the symmetrical columns will allow the widest of vehicles or vehicles with wide rearview mirrors to be lifted or driven through. The increased length of the symmetrical arms coupled with the additional height of the included peg style truck adapter set allows the operator to safely raise long wheel base trucks with a variety of running boards. The extra height means extra clearance allowing you to lift vans and box trucks without worry. The Atlas XH-PV15PX features three height settings, the lowest setting of 150 inches or 12 foot 6 inches requires the purchase of extra short cables.

Cancellations
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return, you must email us at info@primehomeusa.com stating the reason for your return. You must receive a written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us in order to begin the return and refund process.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an approved RMA (return merchandise authorization). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us FIRST as there is no way for us to track the return package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges for buyer remorse returns. u00a0 Customers will also be responsible for any re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If the incorrect product arrives, or if the product you ordered is defective or damaged by the carrier, Prime Home USA will cover the return shipping costs to ensure you get a replacement.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been approved, shipped, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate the credit to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer determines when the credit appears in your account.
Some items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please inspect and check the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive for delivery. If you notice significant damage (especially signs of forklift damage), refuse delivery and contact us immediatelyu00a0within 24 hours. If there are some minor damages,u00a0make note of this on the delivery slip before signing for delivery.
If youu00a0do not note damagesu00a0on the delivery receipt or contact us within 24 hours after delivery, you are accepting the product condition as is and are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange.u00a0We cannot guarantee the manufacturer will cover any replacement parts for you if you do not contact us within 24 hours.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and if you contact us within 24 hours after delivery . If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@primehomeusa.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
